Highlighted projects:
During my intership I worked on the PC port for Horizon: Forbidden West At Nixxes. For this project I worked on porting the photomode, boardgame, PSN linking, leaderboards and achievements (for Steam and EOS). I gained a lot of invaluable experience in C++, but also as a systems programmer on a big team.
For the course graphics programming I made a PSX inspired driving game. During this course I learned a lot about how a graphics pipeline works and how to create one using OpenGL. In this project I learned how to draw models, write GLSL shaders, apply different kinds of textures and much more.
For this project I created an online place for all HKU Games. With user accounts and easy to integrate SDK for leaderboards. I learend a lot about web development and ASP.NET but also about low level coding in C++ and memory management for the SDK.
